This is a good agency, I have already used their services several times this year. The girls were very helpful, since I had a spontaneous vacation, in fact, they took vouchers in two days. We considered and offered several options, and the proposed options were completely satisfied, good hotels were selected by location on all trips. The girls showed maximum diligence in participating in the organization of a good holiday. The only small nuance, but this is connected with UIA airlines, that we were put on separate seats on the way back, and I flew with a young man. In order for us to be seated next to each other, an additional payment was needed, but this is exclusively a question for the air carrier. But it's good that there were no delays or transfers, everything was fine. Yes, and the girls from the agency communicated with us, so that we unsubscribed how we got to our destination and how we flew back, they dropped the tickets. Recreation is more than wonderful. And in May, the girls fussed so much that they were even able to take the last seat on the plane when I traveled to Spain for the May holidays. Excellent, just wonderful, very satisfied with this agency.
