flew a package tour from TUI. First time from TUI As a result, the flight was postponed for 7 hours, without warning in time. Departure from Zaporozhye, I'm from the Dnieper. As a result, I spent 7 hours at the airport. Upon arrival, they settled in a completely different hotel, of a lower level, in contrast to the booked one. A complaint was made that was not answered at all. →
When leaving the hotel, a surprise awaited us: we were not on the transfer lists. The hotel guide Tui Tofik clarified this issue until 21:00 and then said that the tour operator had not paid for the return transfer and we had to get to the airport ourselves !!!! This was said to my face, and when I showed the voucher where the transfer was entered and asked why, upon check-in, I was not notified that the transfer was only one way, he did not answer me. →
As of the order date (mid-June 2021), the Maya World Imperial Hotel (Kemer, Beldibi) was marked "RECOMMENDED" on the TUI operator's website. After a ton of negativity from dozens of tourists (non-working air conditioners in the heat of +50, heating "refrigerator", room without windows, etc.), on returning home (in a week) - junk hotel as "RECOMMENDATIONS". →
The guide arrived only the next day after our arrival in order to get involved in excursions. He was no more, the information on the stand was not updated, the departure time had to be found out from the main guide in Sharm. →
1. They postponed the flight and did not warn. We had a flight from the 18th to the 19th at 00.05, our whole day. But on the 10th, the flight was rescheduled for 17.05, they didn’t tell us, I saw this time already on the 16th when I received the documents. This was our first vacation from TUI in Egypt. And on the second day of rest - 05/09/21 we were organized a meeting with the hotel guide, the meeting, which was promised to be held in 30-40 minutes, took more than 2 hours (2 hours in the morning 9.15-11.30 in Egypt - this means that you will not get to the beach, because hell). Okay, we decided to listen to info about excursions and the hotel. →

In February 2021, we bought a tour to the Barut Hemera hotel we are interested in. Getting ready, going, I decided to check if everything is fine. I asked the manager for information on the tour (you never know) and here it turns out there is NO TOUR! More precisely, the hotel canceled the reservation, and the tour operator (if I had not asked) would have informed about this when? a week before leaving?
