In February 2021, we bought a tour to the Barut Hemera hotel we are interested in.
Getting ready, going, I decided to check if everything is fine. I asked the manager for information on the tour (you never know) and here it turns out there is NO TOUR! More precisely, the hotel canceled the reservation, and the tour operator (if I had not asked) would have informed about this when? a week before leaving?
From the proposals to resolve the conflict:
1) we will return the money WITHOUT a fine (what nobility)
2) another hotel - worse, but the same network. No compensation.
3) the same hotel, but other dates, later and much more expensive.
I have no words other than obscene. Early booking... NEVER deal with such intermediaries. The vacation you dreamed about in the tube.
The price of the tour at the moment is 83,000 UAH, and so throwing customers ...
