When leaving the hotel, a surprise awaited us: we were not on the transfer lists. The hotel guide Tui Tofik clarified this issue until 21:00 and then said that the tour operator had not paid for the return transfer and we had to get to the airport ourselves !!!! This was said to my face, and when I showed the voucher where the transfer was entered and asked why, upon check-in, I was not notified that the transfer was only one way, he did not answer me. People, this guide Tofik is here to sell you excursions 2 times more expensive than you take in a travel agency on the street and that's it! He cannot resolve any issues. And the most offensive: I paid for the tour, I paid for the transfer, I have a supporting document, but I can’t do anything. I was asked to "call back the tour operator from whom I took the tour and find out the issue with the transfer from him." Why is there a representative of a travel agency at the hotel??!! We got to the airport for our own money.
