Excellent service, personal approach

In July 2015, we rested with a guy in Egypt. To select a tour, we contacted "TUI Ukraine" in Kyiv. We have already applied to this travel agency, we liked everything, and when we decided to relax, we turned here again. I liked the service. There is also a large selection of tours, hotels. All issues are promptly resolved, besides, we knew that they would not be placed in a "hole". Manager Svetlana was engaged in the selection of the tour. The budget was not particularly large, so they could not roam too much. Based on our preferences, the manager offered several interesting options. We chose from 5 * hotels, while the hotel infrastructure and, of course, an adequate cost were important. As a result, we chose the Jaz Aquaviva hotel and were very satisfied. The hotels were identical, but the Jaz Aquaviva hotel was opened in 2015, which is why we chose this hotel. All liked it. Had a great rest.
