Good travel agency, the rest went with a bang

We have long wanted to go to the UAE with the whole family, and then the vacation time has come, we decided to go. They turned to TUI Ukraine on the advice of their friends, from this company they rested in Turkey this summer. My wife and I liked the company, and the way they treat the client in the office, and the tour itself. Manager Oksana, thanks to her, picked up a great hotel, stayed at Atlantis the Palm. For those living in the hotel there is a private beach, unlimited access to the water park and aquarium (daughter could not be pulled out of there). There is also a dolphinarium on site, a very interesting performance there. In general, the hotel is good, clean, comfortable, rooms with a gorgeous view. And there were no problems with food - tasty and varied. Although the manager offered us different hotels, we do not regret that we chose this one.

She also helped us sort out the documents, told us what we needed and what not. It's nice when they care about the client.
