My husband had an unplanned vacation in May 2013. I, satisfied and preoccupied with the chores, ran to the nearest travel agency. It was the office of TUI Ukraine.
It happened that we were limited in funds, the manager helped us find an affordable hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh right next to the sea.
All documents were processed without delay. The flight and subsequent transfer went perfectly. And here we are in CLEOPATRA LUXURY RESORT COLLECTION 5*. Our room was nice, tidy, we admired the garden from the window. The hotel staff are friendly people, they do not extort money. Anyway, we were fascinated by the hotel, everything turned out to be thoughtful and special.
Vacation was a success, no negative arose. We were brought to the airport without delay, we returned home satisfied with the rest.
The next period of doing nothing is scheduled for September, we will contact TUI again.
