This was our first vacation from TUI in Egypt.
And on the second day of rest - 05/09/21 we were organized a meeting with the hotel guide, the meeting, which was promised to be held in 30-40 minutes, took more than 2 hours (2 hours in the morning 9.15-11.30 in Egypt - this means that you will not get to the beach, because hell). Okay, we decided to listen to info about excursions and the hotel.

After the lecture, they gave us less than 1 hour (from 11.30-12.00) to decide on the purchase of excursions. If during this time you do not buy a tour, then do not contact the guide (this is what they said!!!!). Tourists can not contact the representative of the tour operator?!!! - Yes!
Okay! We were driving and knew where we wanted to go, so we decided right away.
Another unpleasant moment was when the guide (Noah), who led the meeting itself, announced the price of the tour for adults and children, and the second guide, to whom we paid (Mikey), said completely different prices (naturally higher!). because this is the official tour operator we paid for everything Mikey said.
As a result, it turned out that all tourists have different prices !!!! How can this be from an official representative?!!!! We rested with 3 families - and each has a different price. (The issue was still in paying for tickets for children - someone paid, someone did not, but at the same time the guide Noah announced that the children were free. We resolved this issue on the spot, we returned the money for the tickets to the children. But the sediment remained !!! )
The icing on the cake was the gift "Sightseeing tour of the city". The guide said it would take 2-3 hours, but!!!!! we went shopping for oils, perfumes, sweets...6 hours!!!!!! 6 o'clock Carl!!!!
The whole bus asked the guide to take you to the hotels, but no!!!! We needed a couple more shops!
Don't see this scam!!!
Still very interesting moments. For example, the escort on the bus to the Bathyscaphe tour, who for the whole journey did not utter a single word about the city or about what awaits us, asked himself a tip)))) Seriously?! (Officially purchased tour from a tour operator at three prices, silence on the bus and another tip. Something).
In general, the TUI left a negative aftertaste.

Good afternoon, I have the same situation. I bought a tour from Accord for the May holidays, and yesterday they said that the Polish embassy did not have time to process a large number of applicants. The mood is ruined. It is necessary to look for something else and probably no longer at the Accord.
Добрый день, у меня та же ситуация. Я купила тур у Аккорда на майские, а вчера сообщили что посольство Польши не успевает обработать большое кол-во желающих. Настроение испорчено. Надо искать что-то другое и наверно уже не у Аккорда.
And today they told us that there will be no tour on May 3 at all. and offered a much worse tour instead. At other tour operators, of course, all the buses are packed for May, so our vacation is also ruined.
А нам сегодня сказали что тура 3 мая вообще не будет. и предложидли взамен тур намного хуже. У других туроператоров естественно все автобусы забиты на майские, так что наш отпуск также испорчен.
We have a similar situation! We booked one tour "He and She" from 04/21/12, and the day before the start of the tour they were informed that the consulate did not accept documents from 40 people from our group and the tour was canceled for exceeding the quota of documents. We had to go on a completely different tour with 2 night crossings, since visas were opened for us and 4 other tourists, we had to agree to a replacement tour so as not to cancel the visa, but when we got on the bus we opened our passport and saw that the dates of the tour visas did not match! Not only did we go to the wrong countries that we wanted, but instead of the promised 8 days, the tour was 6 days for us, since Accord Tour did not think of checking the dates of visas - we were opened visas for the He and She tour, the period turned out to be in short, and we had to separate from the group and go home before anyone else! We filed a claim, if they do not answer, we will contact the Society for the Protection of Consumer Rights!
У нас сложилась подобная ситуация! Забронировали один тур "Он и Она" с 21.04.12, а за день до начала тура сообщили , что у 40 человек с нашей группы документы не приняло консульство в работу и за превышения квоты документов и тур отменили. Нам пришлось ехать совсем с другой тур с 2 ночными переездами, так как визы открыли нам и еще 4 туристам, нам пришлось согласиться на замену тура, чтобы визу не аннулировать, но сев в автобус открыли паспорт и увидели что даты виз туров не совпали! Мало того что мы поехали не в те страны, которые хотели, так тур вместо обещанных 8 дней для нас был 6 дней, так как "Аккорд Тур" не додумался проверить даты виз - нам открыли визы под тур "Он и Она",период оказался короче и нам пришлось отделяться от группы и ехать домой раньше всех! Подали претензию, если не ответят, будем обращаться в Общество по защите прав потребителей!
And I would like to sweeten these comments a little. I love to travel and have traveled to Europe with Accord Tour 5 times already (more often than with any other tour operator). I have no complaints about the issuance of visas specifically for the Accord-tour. Moreover, I want to talk about two episodes related to visas (albeit insignificant, but, in my opinion, very revealing).
3 years ago I went to Europe with a friend who 4 years ago received a visa refusal from the French consulate in her passport. Other tour operators do not even take such passports for consideration. Accord-tour took, and a friend received the coveted Schengen visa (in the consulate of the Czech Republic). After that, she went to Europe twice more - with the Accord Tour, of course :)
Episode 2 is related to me. This year I decided to go with Accord on 2 tours at once within one month. Submitted documents. The passport for obtaining the 2nd visa had to be handed over with the guide of the 1st tour upon returning to Ukraine. There should have been 2 weeks left before the 2nd trip, i.e. enough time to submit documents to the consulate. But the group didn’t get enough for the 1st trip :) And I was offered another tour instead, along the same route, BUT with a longer stay in the main cities, with more interesting electives, etc., etc., but, of course the same, with a higher cost (more expensive by 260 euros). They didn't take a single penny from me! Naturally, I could not refuse such a tempting offer :) True, a new problem arose: the tour was longer, besides, the departure was scheduled for a later date, and it turned out that I had only 4 days between two trips. I was very worried about the 2nd visa. But everything worked out. Even for such a short period of time Accord Tour managed to get me a visa. In addition, these visas indicate their cost. All my friends have a figure of 35 euros (that's how much we paid), I have 70 euros (apparently for urgency). Again, I didn't pay anything. So not so bad Accord Tour :)
А я бы хотела немного подсластить данные комментарии. Я люблю путешествовать, и с Аккорд-туром ездила в Европу уже 5 раз (чаще, чем с любым другим тур-оператором). Никаких нареканий по поводу оформления виз именно к Аккорд-туру у меня нет. Более того, хочу рассказать о двух эпизодах, связанных с визами (пусть незначительных, но, по-моему, весьма показательных).
3 года назад я ехала в Европу с подругой, которая 4 года назад получила в паспорт отказ в визе от французского консульства. Другие тур-операторы такие паспорта даже на рассмотрение не берут. Аккорд-тур взял, и подруга получила заветную шенгенскую визу (в консульстве Чехии). После этого она ещё дважды в Европу ездила - с Аккорд-туром, конечно же:)
2-ой эпизод связан со мной. В этом году я решила съездить с Аккордом сразу в 2 тура в течение одного месяца. Документы подала. Паспорт для получения 2-ой визы должна была передать с гидом 1-го тура по возвращению в Украину. До 2-ой поездки должно было остаться 2 недели, т.е. достаточно времени для подачи документов в консульство. Но группа на 1-ю поездку не набралась:) И мне предложили взамен другой тур, по тому же маршруту, НО с более длительным пребыванием в основных городах, с более интересными факультативами и т.д.и т.п.,но, конечно же, с более высокой стоимостью (дороже на 260 евро). При этом с меня не взяли ни копейки! Естественно, я не смогла отказаться от такого заманчивого предложения:) Правда, возникла новая проблема: тур более длительный, к тому же выезд был назначен на более позднюю дату, и получилось, что у меня между двумя поездками остаётся промежуток всего в 4 дня. Я очень переживала за 2-ю визу. Но всё получилось. Даже за такой маленький промежуток времени Аккорд-тур успел мне оформить визу. Кроме того, на этих визах указана их стоимость. У всех моих друзей стоит цифра 35 евро (именно столько мы и платили), у меня - 70 евро (по-видимому за срочность). И опять я ничего не доплачивала. Так что не так уж плох Аккорд-тур:)
We also went on the "Adventure Backpack" tour in July and had no problems with a Polish visa. Everything went great. And the hotels are excellent, and the breakfasts are good and everything was organized without any delays. We had a children's tour in the parks of Europe.
Мы тоже в июле ездили в тур "Рюкзачок приключений" и никаких проблем с польской визой у нас не было. Все прошло замечательно. И отели отличные, и завтраки хорошие и все было организовано, без каких либо задержек. Тур у нас был детский по паркам Европы.
