The holiday package was positioned as a tour: a holiday in Calella and then 4 days in Barcelona. In fact, not a single word of the operator Yulia Prannik turned out to be true! The documents for the tour did not even indicate the addresses of the hotels !!! And I had to get from Calella to Barcelona on my own, and without having the address of the hotel in Barcelona. Julia simply did not answer phone calls !!! Upon arrival, Julia answered my questions: "I was told so" So why then do you need an operator ??? Only to fool customers! Never deal with this firm
