Trusted travel agency with quality tours

This travel agency was contacted by chance more than a year ago, a beautiful signboard not far from the office just rushed into the attention. The girls who work in our regional office are wonderful, they quickly picked up a good tour for us. With TUI we went on vacation with the family twice already. The first to the Emirates, and the second to Egypt.

On our last trip, we were in Hurghada at the 5-star SERENITY MAKADI BEACH hotel. We were lucky with the guide Mukhamed, he met us at the airport, took us to the hotel, waited until we were settled in the room we liked, and at the end of the holiday, the day before departure, he announced the date of our stay and put us on the bus back to the airport. The guy spoke four languages ​​and his Russian was very good, he also gave us a discount on an excursion to Luxor. If only such talented and polite guides were recruited everywhere!

Now about the hotel, it doesn’t deserve 5 stars, I think it’s a solid 4. Somewhat worn out, the equipment is a bit outdated, but everything works and these shortcomings are more than compensated by very positive staff and good service.

The food offered was good and quite varied, traditional Arab sweets turned out to be very tasty, but there was a small assortment of fruits (dates, bananas, oranges), like almost everywhere in Egypt.

The sea is beyond praise, the beach is wonderful, as is the green area around the hotel, there is always something for children to do.

I am ready to travel further with this travel agency, if the service does not deteriorate and the attitude towards customers, I recommend ...
