Great holiday for the New Year with TUI Ukraine

My husband and I decided to diversify the meeting of the new year and at the end of 2014 we went to the UAE for two weeks. It was our first experience of celebrating the New Year outside our native country. The tour was chosen in advance, we looked at many offers. As a tour operator, on the advice of friends, we chose the TUI Ukraine travel agency, an office on Trostyanetskaya street in Kyiv. The manager advised us on all issues, told us what is included in the tour payment, and what, if necessary, can be ordered already on the spot, for example, excursions. We paid for the tour from December 29 to January 11 - 36 thousand UAH, plus for a visa separately a little more than 2 thousand UAH. We were lucky that we booked the tour when the exchange rate was not very high. If they had taken it at the end of the year, they would have spent 5-8 thousand more.

My husband loves the comfort and convenience. The travel agency advised us to pay attention to the CROWNE PLAZA DEIRA DUBAI hotel. The hotel is not the cheapest, but it was worth it. My husband did not have any comments about this hotel. Everything was at the highest level, he justified his five stars. The hotel was well located, the transfer to the beach took 5 minutes. All major shopping malls were within walking distance.

The organization of the flight and transfer was at a decent level, there were no delays. At the airport in Kyiv and Dubai, we were met by a representative of the company, who resolved emerging issues.

They were completely satisfied with the rest, they bought plenty and went shopping. It is quite comfortable and interesting to meet the New Year at the resort. We will definitely use the services of TUI Ukraine again.
