In this branch of "Gallop across Europe" we have been buying tours for 5 years and have always been satisfied. The girls working there were not "sales managers", but People!
When "Tui" bought them out, the staff changed. Now Tatyana works there - a person without shame and conscience. Also, be careful with TUI tours.
