TUI Ukraine saved our vacation

You can imagine what kind of mood a person has, a well-planned vacation, which breaks down. After my husband’s vacation was unexpectedly postponed to an earlier time (almost four months), and the company with which we were going to go on vacation, they said that unfortunately they couldn’t offer us anything like that so quickly, I was in a completely depressed state, without any hope, quite by accident I went to TUI, not really counting on anything. I believe that the most important thing for the image of the company is the professionalism of the employees, and they didn’t just listen to me with a smile on duty, thinking what to sell me as soon as possible, but took into account all my wishes, to say that I was pleasantly surprised is to say nothing. We went to Egypt as we wanted, the Rehana Sharm Resort has everything for a comfortable stay, and the hotel area is simply amazing. The hotel is located next to a coral reef, which makes swimming in the Red Sea much more difficult, but since we were warned about this, it spoiled the impression at all, and the beauty is incredible. Great program for kids, which was just as important to us.
