TUI Ukraine is a travel agency that values ​​its clients

This is not the first time I have contacted this travel agency. They ordered a tour to Bulgaria, to the Albena resort (Vita-Park Hotel), by early booking. The holiday was wonderful, but, probably, this is due to the staff of the travel agency, who were very sympathetic towards us. In 2014, there was a flood in Bulgaria and we were very worried that we would “fly by” with this trip and vacation. But we were so reassured (we went when the consequences of the flood had already been practically eliminated).

Rested from 2.07 to 09.07.2014). Upon arrival, we were treated even better than booked. We traveled in a comfortable bus and the road was not painful. The hotel itself impressed us with its service and hospitable attitude towards guests. They placed us even earlier than we expected, and not in a room in a three-story building, but separately in a villa (as the Bulgarians called it). Not only the reception was good, but also the service in the restaurant (we had "all inclusive"), any questions at the reception were immediately answered (I, for example, did not take a hairdryer with me).

In general, we were lucky with both the travel agency and the hotel itself!
