Terrible tour operator, would not recommend to anyone

The tour was purchased in your company, 100% paid. Received confirmation of the reservation of the Be Family A, Side Sea View room at the Be Grand Resort 5 * hotel from 02/08/2020 to 09/08/2020 for 5 people (3 of which are children). The hotel was chosen based on the presence of a large water park on site.

Upon arrival at Antalya Airport, our family was sent to the above hotel without being accompanied by a representative of the meeting travel agency. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were first checked into this hotel at the reception, then for some unknown reason, without any comments, saying that the hotel was full, we were re-registered at the Dolphin Imperial Hotel. We flatly refused to change the hotel. They asked to call the senior manager of the hotel and a representative of the company. The hotel employee argued that today is a day off and there is no one from the management. After that, we went to the website of the hotel that we booked and checked the availability of rooms in this hotel. The category room we booked was available. To our claims to the hotel employee, he said that he would not resolve this issue without a representative of the TUI company. He called a representative and said that we would be waiting for him. We recruited a representative of the travel agency in Kyiv where the tour was purchased and explained the problem. He, in turn, contacted a representative of the TUI head office and called us back, saying that the problem would be solved within half an hour. To no avail, after waiting for a representative of the TUI company for 2 hours at the Be Grand Resort 5 * hotel, during which we were not even offered a corny meal. Without waiting for a TUI representative, we were forced to agree to move to the Dolphin Imperial, due to the fact that there were children in the family and they simply wanted to eat.

I have never seen such bestial attitude from the meeting side during all my trips to Turkey. We have stayed here 6 times. Of these, the second time in the Dolphin network.
