Very dissatisfied and outraged by Olga, her just sloppy treatment and inability to solve the problem, she did not correctly arrange the settlement on the tour. We bought a ticket to the Emirates, a room with two double beds and a cradle was chosen, because we flew to with my husband and three children . Upon arrival at the hotel, we were settled in a room with single beds, of course, this did not suit us and was offered another room, but which did not match the one purchased at the travel agency. →

In September 2015, we decided to take a family vacation in Turkey. I chose travel agencies based on reviews, turned to one well-known company in Kyiv and Odessa in "Good rest", they asked me to pick up tours up to $ 2000. Kyiv sent 5 options, 3 of which were already for $2000, and "XO" - clearly all five options up to $1900. We stopped at "XO", chose not the cheapest hotel, took two excursions on the spot, went ourselves to Side, plus souvenirs and gifts, and clearly met the amount we needed. →

Rested with a child in the city of Paphos, Cyprus. It was important that the hotel provided children's animation and we adults also did not have to be bored.
