We chose a tour to Greece for two with my wife, Victoria advised the Anisa beach hotel, but we hesitated for a long time and still chose the recommended hotel, which we did not regret a bit. Tour operator service is excellent! All issues were resolved clearly, promptly and politely! Thanks for organizing the trip! The only negative is that when the group was not recruited, the tour operator offered options for resolving the issue, but when I had the need (albeit 1-2 days before departure) to reschedule the trip a week later (there was an excursion with this date), there were no options and money would not return. →

Having used the services of the travel agency "Navkolo retinue" I can say that I will not do this again. The road to the village of Morskoye lasted 18 hours, they promised 15 hours. Okay, this road can happen, the air-conditioned bus arrived. Shock in place. . . Instead of a good house and room, we were led to a chicken coop where two tiny beds and a 40 cm passage complete the door that props up the beds. →

Went to Croatia on a bus tour organized by Feeria. I have been traveling by bus with different maintenance for a long time, but this is the first time I have met such an attitude towards tourists - an old, antediluvian minibus was allocated as a transport serving the group along the route, with an inoperative air conditioner (and this is at a temperature of 42 degrees !!!), with not opening windows, what to speak of absolutely uncomfortable seats and non-working audio and video equipment. →
