Tour operator service is excellent! All issues were resolved clearly, promptly and politely! Thanks for organizing the trip! The only negative is that when the group was not recruited, the tour operator offered options for resolving the issue, but when I had the need (albeit 1-2 days before departure) to reschedule the trip a week later (there was an excursion with this date), there were no options and money would not return. →

Having used the services of the travel agency "Navkolo retinue" I can say that I will not do this again. The road to the village of Morskoye lasted 18 hours, they promised 15 hours. Okay, this road can happen, the air-conditioned bus arrived. Shock in place. . . Instead of a good house and room, we were led to a chicken coop where two tiny beds and a 40 cm passage complete the door that props up the beds. →

Went to Croatia on a bus tour organized by Feeria. I have been traveling by bus with different maintenance for a long time, but this is the first time I have met such an attitude towards tourists - an old, antediluvian minibus was allocated as a transport serving the group along the route, with an inoperative air conditioner (and this is at a temperature of 42 degrees !!!), with not opening windows, what to speak of absolutely uncomfortable seats and non-working audio and video equipment. →

Everything happened in the Agency! Not attentive staff (sleeping on the go) confused and forgot the elementary. requests to settle next to 2 families are useless! they were rude when boarding the bus, they messed up places and without apologizing, without explanation, the girl brazenly kicked out older people (Julia). The stop to eat was a gas station (no food). →

For the third year we have been traveling with the Universal Tour company to Zatoka for a weekend tour. We want to thank them for the good organization of these wonderful trips. Not everyone can afford a longer stay and thank you for having an alternative. In past years, Siche rested later in Medica, this time they were on the "Seagull" in Carolina-Bugas, the same living conditions, but twice as close to the sea. →

I traveled by bus on a nine-day tour, which included visiting three European countries: Hungary, Italy and Austria! Got a lot of positive impressions! I didn’t even expect that in such a short period of time you can see so many things and visit so many places! VERY WELL DESIGNED TOUR PROGRAM!!! We decided spontaneously with a friend to fly to Turkey, the travel agency was advised by acquaintances who had already applied to "7 Seas" more than once. Olga suggested a good hotel at a price that suited us perfectly. On 06/02/13 we called and already on 06/07/13 after the noisy bustle of the city we found ourselves on the gentle coast of Turkey. →

We went with a friend to St. Petersburg from 08/14/13 to 08/19/13. To tell the truth, I could not even imagine how in such a short period of time you can get to know Peter, where there is something to see. Now I understand that the guides gave 100% and, despite the tight schedule, we went everywhere. Some excursions were taken additionally (drawing of bridges, a boat trip and the Yusupov Palace) and it was worth it. →
