Not attentive staff (sleeping on the go) confused and forgot the elementary. requests to settle next to 2 families are useless! they were rude when boarding the bus, they messed up places and without apologizing, without explanation, the girl brazenly kicked out older people (Julia). The stop to eat was a gas station (no food). →

For the third year we have been traveling with the Universal Tour company to Zatoka for a weekend tour. We want to thank them for the good organization of these wonderful trips. Not everyone can afford a longer stay and thank you for having an alternative. We decided spontaneously with a friend to fly to Turkey, the travel agency was advised by acquaintances who had already applied to "7 Seas" more than once. We went with a friend to St. Petersburg from 08/14/13 to 08/19/13. To tell the truth, I could not even imagine how in such a short period of time you can get to know Peter, where there is something to see. Now I understand that the guides gave 100% and, despite the tight schedule, we went everywhere. Some excursions were taken additionally (drawing of bridges, a boat trip and the Yusupov Palace) and it was worth it. →

Thanks to the representatives of the Siesta travel agency, namely the group leader Anastasia Otvinovskaya, drivers Evgeny and Alexander for their excellent personal qualities, professionalism and good organization of the tour. We had a great time in St. Petersburg from 08/15 to 08/18/2013, we liked everything. The price fully corresponds to the quality of the service provided, so it makes no sense to point out minor flaws. →

We spent a wonderful vacation with my husband and children in Turkey. We travel often, we worked with several travel agencies in Donetsk, and here we were in the "Glutton", passed by and decided to go in, tomorrow they came already with payment - and they offered an excellent hotel, and the price is cheaper than others. The girls are professional and very attentive. →

Were in July on tour "France - Beauty and Love" Guide - Sergey Kolesnyk - a very cool organizer and just a good person. The bus is clean, comfortable, the drivers are very friendly. The whole tour flew by like one day, everything was very rich and interesting. This is not our first trip to the bus tour, but I liked this ... Nobody was particularly upset, despite the rather tight schedule, it was relaxed and cozy. →
