We went with Algol on the tour "Romance and luxury" from 28.04.13 to 05.05.13. The trip is awesome. Yes, this is a bus tour, yes - there are night crossings. This is not critical, although one must understand that there are certain inconveniences in this and consciously go for it. Most likely, in the future we will choose a tour without night crossings, but this criterion will not be decisive. →

Absolutely incompetent staff, especially the director Aptova Maria, this travel agency is not able to simply book a tour, the third time they could not book a hotel in Bulgaria and in the end we were left without rest! why do such firms exist at all, and people like Aptova Maria cannot be hired at all, let alone appointed as a director! Dear sane people, when choosing a tour for yourself, please take into account that Yudina, the manager in this direction, is not attentive to the verbal wishes of tourists (she settled a girl (wife's sister) with a young married couple), the guide (Bogdan Artemenko) and cannot organize herself without speaking perishing group in 56 people.
