The trip included Krakow-Prague-Sychriv-Hlyboka Castle over the Vltava + Cesky Krumlov / or / Karlovy Vary + Kruszowice Brewery + Becherow-Dresden + Meissen-Berlin + Potsdam-Wroclaw. My wife and I booked the tour "Czech Republic + Berlin", in the program of which there are visits to the Detenice castle. The manager Tatyana Stepanyuk assured me very warmly on the phone that it was Image Travel that organized this tour, there was no need to worry about the tour. A week before the tour, I called Image Travel and found out that Tatyana had gone on vacation, she had transferred her affairs to another manager who did not know anything about me and my wife, Tatyana Stepanyuk did not transfer our documents with her wife. →

While ordering, arranging and paying for the tour - everyone is very friendly and welcoming. But: in fact, the hotel was not the one to which we were sent, the guide is disgusting. In September 2012, my husband and I wrote a claim to the travel agency, but they didn’t even apologize to us. I do not advise you to go through this travel agency, as these people do not know where they send tourists, and I avoid any responsibility. →

We went with Algol on the tour "Romance and luxury" from 28.04.13 to 05.05.13. The trip is awesome. Yes, this is a bus tour, yes - there are night crossings. This is not critical, although one must understand that there are certain inconveniences in this and consciously go for it. Most likely, in the future we will choose a tour without night crossings, but this criterion will not be decisive. →

Absolutely incompetent staff, especially the director Aptova Maria, this travel agency is not able to simply book a tour, the third time they could not book a hotel in Bulgaria and in the end we were left without rest! why do such firms exist at all, and people like Aptova Maria cannot be hired at all, let alone appointed as a director! SHAME →

Dear sane people, when choosing a tour for yourself, please take into account that Yudina, the manager in this direction, is not attentive to the verbal wishes of tourists (she settled a girl (wife's sister) with a young married couple), the guide (Bogdan Artemenko) and cannot organize herself without speaking perishing group in 56 people. If you nevertheless opted for this office, keep in mind that no one is going to take into account your oral wishes and requests, so send all wishes in writing and require confirmation from Yudina. →

I was looking for where they sell charter tickets and found it! in Voyage you can buy a ticket at a normal price. And you don’t need to buy a tour at all, as we told in other travel agencies. Normal guys, attentively reacted. Recomend for everybody →

Failed to leave! I paid for 2 tours in February (the tour was supposed to take place at the end of June) For 4 weeks they were also informed that the tour was canceled due to the bus not being equipped. They offered more expensive tours, a discount on them of 50 and 100 euros. The time of the proposed tours was far beyond outside of my vacation. The money was returned on demand, but they are not in a hurry with the documents. →
