I arranged a trip to Turkey at the Poseidon travel agency (tour operator TurTess) at the end of May. The travel agency pleasantly pleased me with the following: - the cost of a ticket is a couple of tens of hryvnia less than in other agencies (this in itself, of course, is not essential, but pleasant); - the manager Maxim, at her request, completed the paperwork and booked a tour for me without waiting for the full payment; - I received a package of documents in a couple of days, after payment, and not "a week before departure", as suggested in other agencies; - on my clarifying (and probably annoying) calls, everything was meticulously explained to me many times; - on the eve of departure, I was warned of both the time and place of departure; - on the night of departure, when I was worried like an old man and called the manager, again everything was kindly explained to me; - upon returning from the tour, the manager Yulia herself called me for complaints and reviews about the trip. →

If you are planning to relax with Coral Travel - don't flatter yourself!!!!!!! You will be forgotten as soon as you purchase a ticket from them. It’s hard to imagine a worse procedure for buying a tour! Disorganization of managers, chaotic calls several times a day. As a result, buying a tour was long and tedious and, unfortunately, unpleasant ... The "truth" about the hotel and the flight was different every time. The trip turned out to be tense, as we flew on vacation for the first time, but we did not receive complete and reliable information from the managers. →

We used the services of the company with friends, bought a vacation in Krakow. I really liked it, they quickly opened visas, chose a good hotel and convenient transport, and all this for little money :) We really liked everything, we will definitely go to them. →

We went through them to Bulgaria. Until the last place, they did not say places, and then they sat on the very last ones and they were all filled. The argument killed "there are a lot of pensioners on the bus and they need seats in front", although we ordered 2 months in advance and asked for only one seat except for the last ones .. they promised that there would be no problems. →

Good day to all. It is very interesting to read the reviews of people with whom they were on a trip. We returned a couple of days ago with my wife from the Krakow + Prague tour. I liked the fact that we left Prague on time!!!! Now I will give a flood .... I want to share my impressions of the trip with the travel agency ALGOL. WE WENT TO REST WITH THE WHOLE FAMILY IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC, JUST ON THE EVE OF THE FLOOD.
