We went with the company "MY Travel" on a bus tour of Italy. Very intelligent managers - they told in detail about the route, they opened visas on time, they offered tea and coffee, and their office is generally awesome - you rarely see such beauty in other travel agencies. I also really liked the tour itself - we saw Budapest, Eger, Padua, Rome, Venice, without night crossings, we lived in good hotels, the leader Alexander was wonderful. →

The managers of the company http://eastbooking.ua/ - scammers, together with the owner COADE IONA IVANOVNA - took an advance payment, they did not send a voucher. In general, after a week of nerves, we ourselves found a hotel and found out that the room was booked, but not a junior suite - as requested, but a suite! Not for three, but for two. Prepayment to the hotel did not come all, who will arrive they were not informed. →

Tour: "Krakow and Prague: two in one" Travel time: May 25 - June 1 Transport: bus Route: Kyiv - Lviv - Velichka - Krakow - Prague (+ optional trips to Krumlov, Dresden, Karlovy Vary) and back :) The trip was our second bus sightseeing tour. Used this company again and all is well! We drove by car in Slovakia - 6 cities, 6 hotels, visas - everything was as promised. No negativity! Everything that was agreed upon was fulfilled by the tour operator. Yes, there was one moment - they did not have time to transfer the documents to Kyiv, they had to call in Lviv. I do not consider this a defect of the operator, since the passports were stuck at the consulate. →

I went to the Czech Republic from May 1 to May 5, I didn’t like it, Marta couldn’t really explain anything, the driver was lost, they lost time.
