I have been traveling for several years and had to change several travel agents until I found APL travel. We went by bus specifically to see Europe, but we did not see it. The guide was so "eloquent" that we didn't know which city we were passing through. If not for SMS-ki from mobile. operators would not know what country we are in. The trips are very long and tiring, constant rush (I used to read the reviews of others - I thought they were lying) for some kind of excursions. →

Good afternoon! We went to May in Askania-Nova with the TV channel "Mark". I liked it very much! Had a great time with family! I especially liked the "jeep safari" tour with a trip to the steppe, where animals live in their natural environment. Also, I liked the boat trip along the Dnieper and lunch on the island, where we were hospitably greeted and deliciously fed fish soup, kebabs and homemade moonshine))) Thank you very much to all the employees of the company for a well-organized trip. →

Agent Anna was quite friendly, but when you go to a travel agency, you expect good services in organizing a vacation. Even on the phone I was assured that they could make for me exactly the hotel that I myself chose on the Internet. I wanted Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai. The reason is a hotel with excellent design, location and content, and most importantly, about 80% of non-Slavs rest there (I have nothing against it, but it’s more pleasant for me to lie on the beach and not understand other people’s conversations). →

Let's start with the fact that we had to get to Odessa from Chisinau, and then fly to Crete from there. Departure from Chisinau was scheduled for 6 am on the day of departure. Departure in the contract was scheduled for 10.30 am. As we have been to Odessa more than once and had experience, we understood that we would not have time to get there in such a short time, and even with customs clearance, and even at least 1 hour before departure. →

We went with the company "MY Travel" on a bus tour of Italy. Very intelligent managers - they told in detail about the route, they opened visas on time, they offered tea and coffee, and their office is generally awesome - you rarely see such beauty in other travel agencies. I also really liked the tour itself - we saw Budapest, Eger, Padua, Rome, Venice, without night crossings, we lived in good hotels, the leader Alexander was wonderful. →

Went for the first time with a toddler. It was scary. Representatives of the company were sympathetic to the constant calls and endless questions. In the end, we got 100% exactly what we needed. The managers of the company http://eastbooking.ua/ - scammers, together with the owner COADE IONA IVANOVNA - took an advance payment, they did not send a voucher. In general, after a week of nerves, we ourselves found a hotel and found out that the room was booked, but not a junior suite - as requested, but a suite! Not for three, but for two. Prepayment to the hotel did not come all, who will arrive they were not informed. →

Tour: "Krakow and Prague: two in one" Travel time: May 25 - June 1 Transport: bus Route: Kyiv - Lviv - Velichka - Krakow - Prague (+ optional trips to Krumlov, Dresden, Karlovy Vary) and back :) The trip was our second bus sightseeing tour.
