Just returned as a family (me, husband and child 1 year and 5 months) from a two-week vacation in Sorrento, Italy. Thanks to the travel agency for the wonderfully organized May holidays for us. The holiday was unforgettable! Especially, thanks to Lyudmila for her help in obtaining Italian visas. Visas were issued to us within a week without any problems! Now we are thinking about where to fly to relax next time . →

And the route is well-calculated: there are no departures at 7 am and arrivals at 12 at night. From the proposals - I would suggest to warn tourists - to shop on the coast of Greece in the early days. Restaurants and souvenirs are cheaper there (3 times!) And as it turned out, a guide from Thessaloniki also advised to see fur coats there. →

I just want to add that I will not go anywhere else with Accord, every year their attitude towards customers is getting worse and worse. In this review, I tried to write in a literary language, but I really wanted to swear. Neither the drivers nor the guide Alexander I liked, and not only me but all 26 tourists. →

We have been preparing for the May holidays for a long time, we chose a tour to the Czech Republic and Germany from the Tatur company. In more than a month, they submitted the necessary documents for opening a visa and calmly began to wait. We periodically called our travel agency to find out how our visas were and we were told that everything was in order, visas would be closer to the date of departure. →

In general, I am satisfied with the tour. One thing I don’t like about the Accord is hidden surcharges, which is very annoying. For example, with the cost of a tour to the Carpathians 1600 UAH, you had to pay extra 320 UAH. Moreover, the price for the elective course "Coast - a region with the aroma of wine" was clearly overpriced. For about UAH 130, we were put in some outback (where we drove for quite a long time), in a cellar and got drunk on the “simplest” - according to the hostess of this establishment, wine, although they usually taste expensive and best wines, and not Isabella. →

A bus tour for a tourist is a very difficult event: a lot of time in a seated position on the bus, a lot of walking tours, meals - an organized breakfast at the hotel, the rest - as it turns out in a busy travel schedule. European cities (Krakow, Berlin, Paris, Prague) left very positive emotions, roads and service in hotels are amazing. But the organization of the tour by the Accord-Tour Travel Agency (Lviv), to put it mildly, is a stretched C grade. →

Hello! I would like to share my impressions of the holiday 08.05-13.05.2013. according to the excursion program: Kyiv-Zakrpattya-Kyiv. The ticket was bought at the ABC agency Voyage in Kyiv.
