It was not possible to contact the stupid operator (?!), but the travel agency UKRAINIAN TOUR, represented by the dearest Anna, kindly agreed to help realize the plan. →

I want to tell you how my wife and I celebrated Easter in Transcarpathia together with the travel agency "Navkolo Svitu" in Zhytomyr - director Pilipenko Oleg Nikolaevich, head of the group Savchuk Oksana - on the tour "May holidays in Transcarpathia + Lviv. The cost of the tour is 1500 UAH per person, not counting the transfer and entrance tickets to the visited objects. →

My wife and I went on the tour "Magnificent Europe" (27/04/13-4/05/13). The organization is good: the bus is quite comfortable, albeit an old one, the hotels are quite suitable for spending the night, besides, everything is near the metro, which is certainly very convenient for those who want to walk around the cities on their own. I really liked the fact that the group leader helped with advice on where and how to get there, where it is better to change the currency, and where not, whether it is worth visiting certain places, etc. →

We went on a tour "Italian Weekend" for 6 days. We left Lviv on April 27th. The organization of the tour is just terrible. This will most likely be the last time I go anywhere on a bus tour. We were assigned another guide, some kind of crazy hysterical woman who simply amazed us with her "Soviet" approach. We got a lot of stress for our own money. It all started from Hungary, we had a free day, and after that there was supposed to be a sightseeing tour, a little earlier than the appointed time we came to the chain bridge, but did not find our bus, we started calling the guide Natalya, but her phones were turned off, after wandering around for about half an hour we had no choice but to take a taxi to our hotel and pay 28 euros for this dubious pleasure. →

People be vigilant and check who you send money to! the director of this company, Tatyana Ilyinichna Babyak, is engaged in scams (she does not trust managers). He receives documents and money for the tour, then allegedly the group is not recruited, he sends the documents, but there is no money. Invents a lot of reasons: one thing, then another, pulling time. →

Were in Lviv for the May tour "Good dreams of the ancient city" 1-3.05.2013. The meeting in Lvov was disgustingly organized. I had to run around the square, looking for a bus with the right number, which appeared at 14.15, although the information sheet indicated the collection time was 13.30, and the bus departure was 14.00. Then the driver brought to the hotel and left for the car wash, although he was supposed to take me on the first excursion, I had to go by tram. →

We would like to express our gratitude for the good organization of our holiday! We were on tour "Weekend in Prague and Dresden" from 04/25/2013 to 04/29/2013 and Karlovy Vary. By the way, no surcharges for ex. or there was no excessive imposition, everyone chose as they wished. We used the services of Algol for the first time, we are satisfied, there were no problems, the organization is great !!!!!! Everything that was stated in the program was done 100%. →

We went to rest in Turkey for May holidays. We chose a good hotel. Everything would be great but the fucking Pegasus ruined everything. Hotel guides are redneck petty crooks. The policy of the company is corruption with certain trading structures. Under the guise of shopping or a tourist trip, money is "pumped" from customers by fraudulent means. What costs "penny" by regluing price tags is sold in dollars. →
