A long-awaited trip to Uman for the May holidays was VERY defiled by an uncomfortable bus (about 9 hours away). There are uncomfortable seats in the car (obviously not for passenger transportation) + malfunction of shock absorbers. The absence of a guide-organizer was an oddity. Sofiyivka Park is an amazing place of national importance. →

Tango travel is the worst travel agency we, experienced travelers, have ever had to deal with. Booked a tour of the "Baltic Intrigue" (departure on May 8, 2013), paid, handed over documents. Two weeks before leaving Tango travel, they called and said that the trip would not take place because they had not recruited a group. Instead, they offered another tour - "The Magic of the Baltic Sea" (departure on May 26). →

Hello! From the bottom of our hearts, my mother and I want to thank the travel agency "Sacums" for the excellently organized and thought out to the smallest detail tour "Hello Barcelona". We went on the May holidays - from 04/28/2013 to 05/10/2013, the tour fully met and even exceeded our expectations! In such a short time we visited Budapest, Egerszalok, Eger, Heviz, Milan, Venice, the islands of Murano and Burano, Barcelona, Monaco (including Monte Carlo), Nice and Cannes, learned a lot of new things and saw such beautiful places, oh who were previously unsuspected. →

At first they were going to fly to Egypt, they had already come up with a set of excursion programs for themselves, there were just charters from Simferopol. We bought a tour - and the airline canceled charters. We asked "Tour Ethno" to come up with something comparable in price, and also somewhere in hot countries. We were immediately offered a bunch of options, including Thailand, although we never rushed to this country. →

05/09/13 went on an excursion to Uman. The trip that promised so much turned into a nightmare: we went from Kharkov to Uman via Kyiv and instead of 8 hours we spent 12 hours on the bus, so there was not enough time - the excursion in Sofiyivka Park turned into a gallop run, the group leader Elena returned 45 minutes later than the appointed time . Then we went to the canyon, where we were not shown anything that was promised. →

Good afternoon! Today, May 11, 2013, returned from St. Petersburg. Travel experience is different. Minuses: - Manager Elena Mryga - on constant smoke breaks. It is IMPOSSIBLE to catch her at the workplace, including by phone. (Three times they came to the office - three times they were waiting for her). - The representative of the "Siesta" company, who accompanied us, - Alina - is UNPROFESSIONAL. →

I advise everyone to relax and look at the beauty of Antalya. I don’t regret a bit that I flew on this tour. When we arrived at the hotel, I generally felt like a princess. Many thanks to our guide Avni, he tried very hard to tell and show us Antalya to the maximum and thanks for the good company of Victoria. →

According to the tour description - everything should have been just great - departure by a comfortable bus at 23:45, arrival in Uman at 08:00, visit to the Sofievsky arboretum, lunch (optional for a fee), departure to Kyiv, from 19:00 to 22 :00 walk around Kiev, fireworks and at 23:00 departure back. In practice, it turned out - late departure (somewhere at 0:15), the bus is so comfortable :( that a man of average height could not fit his legs between the seats, there were many stops to Uman, for some reason we drove through Kyiv and eventually lost 4 hours. →

Прошёл почти год с моей первой поездки в Карпаты. И весь этот год в моих мечтах жила Говерла. И вот это случилось! Я на тропе своих грёз!!! Да ещё и в символичную дату – 1 Мая! Снежная вершина Говерлы вызывала восторг и изумление – неужели я туда дойду ? Честно говоря, мне не верилось. →
