05/09/13 went on an excursion to Uman. The trip that promised so much turned into a nightmare: we went from Kharkov to Uman via Kyiv and instead of 8 hours we spent 12 hours on the bus, so there was not enough time - the excursion in Sofiyivka Park turned into a gallop run, the group leader Elena returned 45 minutes later than the appointed time . Then we went to the canyon, where we were not shown anything that was promised. →

It is IMPOSSIBLE to catch her at the workplace, including by phone. (Three times they came to the office - three times they were waiting for her). - The representative of the "Siesta" company, who accompanied us, - Alina - is UNPROFESSIONAL. →

I advise everyone to relax and look at the beauty of Antalya. I don’t regret a bit that I flew on this tour. When we arrived at the hotel, I generally felt like a princess. According to the tour description - everything should have been just great - departure by a comfortable bus at 23:45, arrival in Uman at 08:00, visit to the Sofievsky arboretum, lunch (optional for a fee), departure to Kyiv, from 19:00 to 22 :00 walk around Kiev, fireworks and at 23:00 departure back. In practice, it turned out - late departure (somewhere at 0:15), the bus is so comfortable :( that a man of average height could not fit his legs between the seats, there were many stops to Uman, for some reason we drove through Kyiv and eventually lost 4 hours. →

I flew abroad for the first time, I flew alone. In Donetsk, I gave both tickets at check-in, when there was a meeting with the guide at the hotel, he told me that there was no ticket back! I was shocked - what to do, how to fly away (it was later explained to me at the travel agency that a ticket is not needed - just show your passport) But I didn’t know that and let’s call the guys at Madagascar Travel. →

So, the tour "The Magical World of Slovakia + Vienna", departure 24.04.2013. The tour operator "Sakums" asked to publish reviews about the trip, but I would have published them anyway. I will be extremely objective and there will be both positive and negative points. Unfortunately, there are more of the latter. Initially, the tour program indicated that the departure there would be through Uzhgorod and the return trip would be through Hungary and, accordingly, Chop. →
