We went with "Algol" and were very pleased. We just wanted to write good words about this tour and this company, but we read the previous review by karrom and wanted to answer. I don’t know if we are talking about the same tour from which we returned, namely “European Shake” on 10/28/2012, where Igor was the leader - the best leader! We had a similar situation in Vienna, when a group of teenagers (14-15 years old) were 40 minutes late for departure, and we were all waiting for them on the bus, despite the fact that the next day we had a train from the very morning. →

Could not go to Egypt due to illness of the child. Fantasy was warned in advance and agreed to lose the prescribed percentage when the money was returned. We were promised a full refund. But not a single penny was returned. I will never do business with this company!!! →

I highly recommend the travel agency Let's go with us to Naberezhno-Khreschatitskaya!! The girls patiently endured all my questions, I called them before departure almost every day, they printed out all the documents for me, chewed all the information in the most detailed way. And by the way, their office is the best in all grids in Kyiv (I was in almost all), I recommend visiting. →

Intermediate Operator! has no influence on the host, no support for tourists! All problems had to be solved with the host personally, since the answer from the operator was this: "agree to what they give" - nonsense! →

I returned from the bus tour "Great Rome". (10/23/12 - 11/01/12) I can't contain my emotions. This is great!!! Thanks to the travel agency "Alol" for the excellent program. Everything was great, everything was exactly as it was written in the program!!! Huge, special thanks to our guide Oleg. He was running around with us like a chick with chickens. →

This summer we decided to have a rest in the Crimea! And, oh, fatal bad luck, I managed to apply to this company, if I may say so! We chose the mountainous Crimea, the Morskoye settlement. We were shown luxurious photographs of private cottages, with a picturesque area, we were shown a comfortable bus with air conditioning. They persuaded us! As a result: we rode in a broken-down rattletrap with tattered seats, proudly called an "IVECO minibus", without air conditioning. →
