I want to express my gratitude to the company "Selena-Tour" for a pleasant hotel, for an amazing, thoughtful and informative route, for a team of professional drivers who thoroughly know the route. Special thanks to Tatyana Nikolaevna, the tour escort, who answered all the questions of interest for several days, told a lot of informative information, suggested where and what to buy as gifts and souvenirs, rallied the group and smoothed out conflict situations. →

The manager who organized the tour did not bother to negotiate with the airport management. As a result, a group of children who went on an excursion sat on the bus in front of the airport building for two hours. The manager answered all the questions on the phone with “So what” and “I don’t care”, she didn’t want to solve the issues. She offered to just look at the airport from the side. →

When buying a tour, I settled on choosing this travel agency. Why? The most important thing was the service!!! Having invited us to the office, the manager Natalia paid us a lot of attention, took into account our wishes. Since we flew for the first time, we didn’t know anything about how to behave at the airport, plane, etc. She told everything in detail, described to the smallest detail (how to get to the terminal, where to go later, where to expect). →

We went with "Algol" and were very pleased. We just wanted to write good words about this tour and this company, but we read the previous review by karrom and wanted to answer. I don’t know if we are talking about the same tour from which we returned, namely “European Shake” on 10/28/2012, where Igor was the leader - the best leader! We had a similar situation in Vienna, when a group of teenagers (14-15 years old) were 40 minutes late for departure, and we were all waiting for them on the bus, despite the fact that the next day we had a train from the very morning. →

Could not go to Egypt due to illness of the child. Fantasy was warned in advance and agreed to lose the prescribed percentage when the money was returned. We were promised a full refund. But not a single penny was returned. I will never do business with this company!!! →
