My husband and I went on a tour from October 28. Much of the tour was not completed. On the 2nd day, the tour program was replaced by Krakow. The Germans kept us on the road for almost 5 hours. Day 3 - Potsdam was canceled, replaced by the Pergamon Museum. Sorry, but this is not an equivalent replacement - go and visit a city or just a museum in the same city (for the same money). →

We flew with my sister for 5 days to Vienna. It all started quite calmly, a full package of documents for my younger sister (13 years old) was collected, I bought the flight myself, and ordered everything else from Accord. According to the documents, the managers could not decide in any way what certificates were needed for the child in terms of finances - one Accord office said one thing, the other said another. →

I have tried a lot of travel companies for my extensive tourist past, but the Suitcase won my heart! The most important plus of the Suitcase is that they support you until the moment your plane returns to Ukraine! When there are any problems and misunderstandings abroad, I am always sure that Katya will "rule" everything. :) I encountered problems on vacation twice (in Turkey they wanted to settle in another hotel, in Austria they didn’t come to pick it up on an excursion), but it was worth calling Katya twice and all problems were solved quickly and efficiently! It is not scary to entrust the agency CHEMODAN with either your money or your vacation! Also, you will always find the best tour for your requirements, they will never impose what is more expensive. →

Bought a Voyage tour to Slovakia. It turned out a lot of documents needed for visas. Although the manager immediately sent me a list of references by e-mail, I didn’t think that it was such a pain to collect all this. Next time we will go somewhere without a visa. It would be nice if you came to the company, and they slapped your visa in your passport!. →

On October 7, 2012, during the school holidays, we got together with the class on a trip to our native land. Knowing the temperament of our fidgets in grades 5-6, we chose a more active tour, but of course, we wanted it with an educational bias. Travel agency "Adonis-tour" advised us to go to Stanitsa Luganskaya to the Museum of the Cossacks.
