Either they declare that they want to accept only foreign tourists (in order to earn a lot at once), then they go to Poland and buy 2 hotels in NG (it turns out to be outbound tourism). They don’t want to work as an agency and don’t let them make money at all (you can’t even take a tour for friends). →

The manager who organized the tour did not bother to negotiate with the airport management. As a result, a group of children who went on an excursion sat on the bus in front of the airport building for two hours. When buying a tour, I settled on choosing this travel agency. Why? The most important thing was the service!!! Having invited us to the office, the manager Natalia paid us a lot of attention, took into account our wishes. Since we flew for the first time, we didn’t know anything about how to behave at the airport, plane, etc. She told everything in detail, described to the smallest detail (how to get to the terminal, where to go later, where to expect). →
