I went to Italy with friends and their daughters through the Helios Tour company. The company is a representative of the tour operator Accord tour. I liked everything. Discussing the tour, collecting documents and made a discount on the ticket. The main thing is that I didn’t have to go to the office a hundred times and deliver papers. I want to tell you about the ruined vacation with Accord Tour. The tour was selected and booked a month before departure. The documents were also handed over in a timely manner, but this did not prevent this travel agency from informing us the day before departure that the Polish consulate had screened out, i.e. did not have time to process our documents. →

I really want to thank the Sputnik travel agency and especially its manager Nadezhda, a very responsive and decent person. my friend and I went to volunteer camps as students every summer. we were always helped by the Sputnik travel agency - the workers will always tell you everything, advise how best to get there, what to serve at the embassy. And this despite the fact that they were not the organizers of our trip. →

I haven't been to Europe...that's why I got caught in a scam! Organizer Nina Ivanovna Roslyakova and Oksana Nikolaevna Kagalovskaya - PEOPLE, hear these names - run to hell))) Not only that, the rules of stay in the country are not maintained (instead of 10 hours of stay in Dresden, there were only 3 hours of which 30 minutes were allocated for visiting Dresden art gallery - what can be seen in 30 minutes?????) and they also didn’t want to give change in euros after paid excursions to people, they say, we’ll give it back in Ukraine when we arrive in hryvnia . →

I have only positive impressions from cooperation with this company!!! We flew in 2010 to Montenegro. We learned about the company on the recommendation of people close to us who have been using Solaris services for the 4th year. Delighted with work!!! We were clearly chosen a trip according to the parameters and cost we requested. Upon departure, the flight was also delayed for us, but I just don’t understand, where does the travel agency have to do with it????? Firstly, this is a charter, secondly, there can be any reason for the delay . →

the travel agency is just wonderful, we flew to Turkey, so the managers called us even there - they asked how we got there, if everything was fine. very friendly, polite, advised the hotel, which we doubted, assured that we were convinced by personal experience of the quality of the hotel, which later turned out to be true. rating 5+! Next time I will only go to them!. →

we went on a tour of hong kong-macao-philippines with mandrui... everything was organized super.. it's a pity that there is no rating 11) three weeks of unforgettable travel, 10 segments of flights, ideal hotels in terms of price-quality ratio, many different islands, skyscrapers of Hong Kong, real horse races, dusale circus and macau casino, cockfights and whale sharks in the philippines, perfect white sand on the island of boracay (and which massages!), many more things can be listed . →

Yes, the Fortuna tour was extreme, because the hotel was not determined and the conditions were not clear, but we accepted with pleasure what was provided to us.
