It's frustrating that we all write (read: scream loudly) only when we were given something short or did something not the way we would like, but when everything goes like clockwork, when we are happy with everything - silence .... but why, right? :) after all, everything is fine anyway)) and here I want to say THANK YOU for organizing my vacation and more than once. →

I want to share my impressions about the trip to Taboo Egypt. My husband and I bought a tour from Pegasus through one Kharkov tour agency. Everything was fine until we arrived at Boryspil airport. The flight indicated in the voucher for the flight on February 10, 2012 at 14:00 was not listed on the board. And what was our surprise when we heard from the informant that our flight left at 4-30 in the morning!!! SHOCK! It was a SHOCK! Nobody bothered to tell us about it! this is a normal attitude towards our customers! Raising a panic, we, of course, received help from our travel agent; we booked tickets for the next flight to Egypt, to Sharm el-Sheikh on 11-02 at 14-00, the flight of which was delayed until 20- 00, we were provided with a transfer to Taba. →

The level of service is not good. We agreed that we were booking a tour, wrote down the details in a letter, plus phoned again (as far as I know Russian "yes, good" - the answer is yes). Good afternoon. I would like to report my most unpleasant experience with a representative of the Pegas company at the Hilton sharm waterfalls resort 5 * hotel from 03/15/2012 to 03/25/2012. We took vouchers to Sharm Hotel Sunrise 5 *. I won’t say anything about the check-in, the duration of which was 4 hours (it rained before our flight NONSENSE. We took an excursion to Israel. A painful road, 7 hours of waiting in line at the customs control of Israel. And when they already put a visa on everyone and let us into the country. We are 4 -People are being REFUSED (ANEX TOUR DID NOT submit our documents to customs). →

We flew to Egypt in early December. had a very nice rest! we bought a ticket to Egypt in the company "view from edge to edge". the manager told everything well and described everything in detail, since she herself was there. We flew to Egypt (May 2010). We turned to Solaris on the recommendation, we were promised at least a good attitude. Within two days, they called us offering options that don’t even come close to us, although both my husband and I explained 4 times what we want. We were already thinking of contacting another agency, when we finally found a suitable option. →

Already several times bought tours to Egypt in the travel agency Mandry. We love the Red Sea very much and every year we go to Sharm to admire its beauties. This year we chose a more economical vacation and were very satisfied. We stayed at the Sonesta Beach Hotel in Sharm. Everything was just great. Gorgeous beach, amazing food, great service. Thank you very much to the agency managers for recommending this hotel. →

when they were collecting everyone at the airport, one of the tourists was forgotten at the hotel!!!! This became known along the way! In Thailand, if someone talked about the nightmarish work of the tour operator, then everyone just smiled: "You must be served by TPG." And they never made a mistake. Believe it or not, I haven't heard a single one during my vacation!!!! positive feedback about this operator. →

In September 2011 traveled with his wife in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg. This tour is the most amazing tour we have ever been on. Guide Oksana Bechenko is a treasure trove of information about all the places we have been. It was not boring to ride the bus with her and it was interesting in those cities that we visited. She knows everything, and then through which door of the palace Churchill entered during the negotiations, and where is the free toilet, and where, after drinking coffee (in Vienna), they will give you a branded cup. →
