We fulfilled the terms of the contract and paid money in the amount of 3,500 USD plus about 3000 UAH. for translations and shipping. We bought a Mediterranean cruise from Euromarine. When booking, many subtleties were not explained, for example. that there are different types of booking. And when the price changes, they can return the difference to us, but now the cruise has become cheaper and nothing is returned to us. They opened visas themselves, because the hotel was offered to us at an insane price from their partner in Kiev, they were not accredited by the embassy and had to be bought from a partner. →
