My husband and I booked a Mediterranean cruise on Costa Concordia. We have long wanted to go on a cruise, we were looking for someone in Kyiv who does this. We rested in Madinat Mina-a-Salam. In the Emirates for the first time, before that we were in Turkey, Egypt, Croatia. The flight was super with UIA, guides from Travka met there - beyond praise (the three of us were taken in a luxurious white car, accompanied by a guide girl who talked about the country all the way), they quickly settled in the hotel without any tips. →

We bought a package tour to Turkey for a family of four through a Fiji company. We bought it two months before the planned vacation, signed an agreement, where in the section "Responsibility of the parties" it was clearly stated that for a failed tour, through no fault of the tourist, the money is returned EXACTLY by the company Fiji. Two weeks after paying for the tour, we learn about the bankruptcy of the tour operator, while there are no calls and explanations from the Fiji company. →

I chose the Tourist Bureau due to the fact that they offered the lowest prices for the hotel I was interested in (Ioni Hotel, Paralia Katerini in Greece) under the early booking program. In February we bought a tour for May. Plus, the territorial position of the bureau suited - the center of the city. According to my observations, I have to go to the agency three or four times, and I didn’t want to go somewhere in the middle of nowhere. →
