My friend and I bought a ticket at the end of May 2011 to Turkey from the GREEN LINE company, the tour operator Anex Tour, we liked the rest, a chic hotel, everything was fine until the day of departure. On the day of departure, we were all picked up from the hotels and brought to the airport in two hours, when checking in for the flight, it turned out that my friend and I were not on the passenger lists, and no one explains anything to us, there are no representatives of the tour during takeoff, but other operators one by one there is a person, it’s good that there were 4 free seats on the plane, and just by a miracle they put us on a flight, I’m not writing anymore that we were nervous, we stood for two hours at check-in, there was nobody, it was Sunday 6 in the morning, then we ran to the plane that would not take off without us, since we were not on the list. →

Hello! I want to share my impressions about the travel agency Tez Tour, because. Personally, the reviews on the Internet helped me a lot! :) I went abroad for the first time, and accordingly, I also chose a travel agency for the first time. After reading a bunch of reviews on the Internet, I chose 2 - these are Tui and Tez Tour. In a nutshell, I’ll say about Tui - I personally didn’t like communication with the manager at all !!! (travel agency in the Dream Town shopping center, Kyiv). →

We rested as a family in June 2011 in Egypt. Sharks were never seen again in Sharm, but for safety reasons, hotels still "limit" the time spent and your "movements" in the water. This was an unpleasant surprise for many, because everyone is rushing to the more expensive Sharm precisely because of the beautiful coral reefs. And we were warned about this in the travel agency, even before buying the tour. →

My wife and I went to Nessebar. We bought a ticket from Royal Tour. The office is nothing. All are welcoming. But the operator's tour was shoved into us - "News Travel" !!! It's just awful. . . People, if you want to save your nerves, time and money, do not try to get involved with these charlatans. Their organization of moving is just awful!!!!! Their buses went to Bulgaria for 36 hours, when the buses of other tour operators arrived in 20 hours. →

It is very pleasant to be the first in the list of reviews about such a "highly competent" Zaporozhye travel agency as "Vilena Travel". The "competence" of this company, in my case, manifested itself in the course of collecting a package of documents for opening a Schengen visa. That is, the person had to collect the necessary documents for a visa and appoint a term at the EMBASSY of Germany, since we are going abroad for the first time, we decided to turn to more knowledgeable people in this area. →

Today June 26, 2011 Departure from Sharm El Sheikh is already delayed by 5 hours. And this is not the end. Well, it would be possible not to pick up tourists from the hotel until 12.00. It would be possible to have breakfast normally and get ready. So no, they dragged us to the airport early in the morning - SIT HERE! I’ll call the travel agency and be sure to tell them that if they don’t value their reputation and don’t take care of their regular customers, then let them continue to cooperate with ANEX TOUR. →

I do not advise anyone to apply to the "beautiful" company Zhayvir !!!! We bought three charter tickets to Montenegro from them. Two weeks before departure, we paid for tickets according to the invoice. And now, 4 days before departure, the manager Maria calls and says that for some unknown reason, in order to redeem tickets, we have to pay another 30 Euros for each person. →
