We purchased a week-long tour to Egypt in Sharm El Sheikh (from 07/26/11). We were offered (long and carefully chosen) a very decent hotel for adequate money. And, as a result, the holiday was a success. I was also very pleased that a transfer from Krivoy Rog to Dnepropetrovsk airport and back was provided (only 5 people), and this is important. Since there was no need to drive your own car and throw it at the airport for a week (besides, now it is very expensive in terms of money). →

The essence of the problem: sadly, there is no organization of recreation =( In anticipation of a vacation, we bought a ticket to Croatia for two. I have no complaints about service in Kyiv, the operator told everything, showed everything, called privately and was generally great. I have absolutely no complaints about the hotel. Grand Hotel Orebic feeds deliciously, entertains well and generally loves its visitors dearly. →

Planned vacation home for June in the winter. We turned to this "firm" on the recommendation of acquaintances who allegedly know someone from there. We applied back in April - we were promised super hot prices, departure from Ivano-Frankivsk, a super hotel. They waited for the call until June - quietly. Having called back myself, they forgot about our homeland altogether, the manager Yulia with whom we talked no longer works at all. →

We ordered a train with a travel agency to the blue lakes. A shed drove up - LAZ, killed and shattered, rattles like AN, heat, closeness, the whole cabin stinks of burnt rubber on the slopes, the blocks are burning. The driver does not know the way. And all this for 100 UAH. First and last time using this company. →

This year we rested with my family in Feodosia. I really liked the city. Beautiful sandy, or as they are also called "golden" beaches. A lot of excursions throughout the Crimea. Personally, I am delighted with the Aivazovsky Museum. Well, the travel agency did not disappoint in terms of housing (boarding house as from the picture and hospitable hosts), and they were very satisfied with the transport (there was a double-decker bus with air conditioning, which is important in the heat). →

07/10/2011 went on an excursion to the Svyatogorsk Lavra. All the way the guide told interesting historical facts and famous legends. Everything was neat and correct. Correct attitude. The bus has air conditioning, though you can’t eat on the bus %) There are a lot of impressions and only positive ones. Laura is just amazing!!! I want to note that I did not have time to go to the Mayak office, so I phoned and agreed to pay for the tour by bank transfer. →

My friend and I bought a tour to St. Petersburg from Selena-Tour. I had to travel from Kyiv for about 1700 km and at the same time in a bus, which was absolutely not intended for traveling long distances. The bus is rubbish. Of the 35 seats, 5 were laid out on the bus, and the rest were simply broken and no one cared that the bus was made in the 80s and that it had long since been decommissioned for scrap. →

It is under this motto that the Menorah travel agency sends children's groups to the Kanaka boarding house. In rooms for 4 people (for 440 UAH / day) there is old destroyed furniture, dirty ragged wallpapers, shabby chairs, terrible bed linen ... and a complete unsanitary environment: they don’t take out the garbage, they clean it badly and once in 10 days, rusty taps leak, sinks get clogged every other day, sewerage flows regularly. →

I want to warn everyone who wants to relax with Pegasus! It's better to overpay a little, but buy a tour from another operator, I'll tell you why. Our vacation began on 06/23/11, we flew with a friend and a child for the first time to Egypt, Sharm, the Sia Magic hotel with a great mood, because we had long wanted to see the amazing sea and the pyramids. →

I turned to the company for help in choosing a tour, determining the countries of rest Dominican Republic or Thailand - where is it better for the season, number of people, duration, vacation dates (and the agents didn’t even ask specifically, in my opinion I drove them into a stupor with my request) I was waiting for an orientation for a day !! They offered an absolutely uninteresting tour, it seems that girls from the street work in this agency (I don’t want to offend anyone, but this is my personal opinion), they don’t clearly answer questions, they tell you prices only after a few hours, there are no countries know the nuances too! Hey, is there a directorate there? Do your employees even know the map of the world? Naturally, I called other agencies (that's why I decided to write my first review in my life) - everywhere they suggested what and how, where it's better, what the weather, prices, etc. →
