We bought a tour to Montenegro, Budva (in the documents it says Roulette *** Budva) and when buying a tour we were assured that it would be Budva. The polite and pleasant voice of a young man, who was heard in the telephone receiver, warmly recommended to me the TopHotel 4 *, for accommodation in which (5 nights, a room for 2 people) I paid 395 euros. The last argument in favor of the arguments of a pleasant voice was the photo of the room on the hotel website. We rested in Montenegro at the end of June - beginning of July 2011. The tour was purchased from the Join Up tour operator in Ukraine, but Pilon was the host tour operator (we learned about this already in Montenegro). The flight from Kyiv to Tivat was carried out by the Khors airline. The flight was "safely" delayed for 6 hours, while the representative of the airline "reassured" the dissatisfied passengers with promises to refuse to board the plane at all. →

We travel a lot as a family. We have different travel experiences - from the best to the worst. As soon as something is not pleasant, we change the travel agency. And then I just decided that it was near the house and went in. Vlada, manager for Bulgaria, showed the hotel and completed the paperwork. PART 1. GORA FORWARD. My husband and I went to Bulgaria for 12 days along with the road. The journey from Kyiv to Nessebar took 33 hours, while other tour operators took 24 hours!!! In the broken-down bus, the TVs did not work, all the way, as in horror films, black and white stripes flashed on them, the drivers NEVER announced stops and their duration, they themselves went to eat, and people were told that there was no time. →

Good afternoon! In this travel agency I purchased 3 tickets (2 adults + 1 child) from Kirovograd to Zhelezny Port and back. We went from Delta Travel on a bus tour to Greece. All good impressions are only from Greece itself and the work of the host. As for the work of escorts and drivers, it was terrible. We had two escorts (I don’t know why they were given two, we always went on other tours with one.) We encountered Prestige Tour (a branch in Chernihiv) when the children traveled to Bulgaria in June 2011. We did not choose the travel agency ourselves, because the dance group of children was traveling, and certain people were engaged in this. General summary - I liked it. The company has performed well. Despite the fact that there were few people gathered (students let me down, instead of 40 people it turned out only 12) - the company did not cancel the tour, but only postponed it for a week, well, this is understandable - what if more people would have gathered ... Due to the small number of people, the bus turned out to be not quite the same, according to my feelings, by 3-4 points out of 5. →
