I turned to the company for help in choosing a tour, determining the countries of rest Dominican Republic or Thailand - where is it better for the season, number of people, duration, vacation dates (and the agents didn’t even ask specifically, in my opinion I drove them into a stupor with my request) I was waiting for an orientation for a day !! They offered an absolutely uninteresting tour, it seems that girls from the street work in this agency (I don’t want to offend anyone, but this is my personal opinion), they don’t clearly answer questions, they tell you prices only after a few hours, there are no countries know the nuances too! Hey, is there a directorate there? Do your employees even know the map of the world? Naturally, I called other agencies (that's why I decided to write my first review in my life) - everywhere they suggested what and how, where it's better, what the weather, prices, etc. →

We bought a ticket from the Alliance-TL company in the summer of 2010 to Bulgaria. They recommended us a chic Victoria Palace 5 * hotel on Sunny Beach. The managers worked well, opened visas for us, reserved bus tickets. They even showed us a satellite view of the hotel and the route we will take. It was very educational. We will turn to them again next year. →

In June we went on a tour of the capitals of the Baltic and Scandinavia. Wonderful trip! We visited Tallinn, Helsinki, Turku, Stockholm, Riga and Jurmala. I was pleasantly surprised by the price: 179 euros. Usually tours to this region are much more expensive. We thought that for such money the service would be appropriate, especially when we found out the cost of a ferry ticket, and we had 3 of them. →

We bought a tour to Montenegro, Budva (in the documents it says Roulette *** Budva) and when buying a tour we were assured that it would be Budva. Upon arrival in Podgorica, we were told that we had incorrect information and that it would not be Budva, but Ulcinj. The polite and pleasant voice of a young man, who was heard in the telephone receiver, warmly recommended to me the TopHotel 4 *, for accommodation in which (5 nights, a room for 2 people) I paid 395 euros. The last argument in favor of the arguments of a pleasant voice was the photo of the room on the hotel website. We rested in Montenegro at the end of June - beginning of July 2011. The tour was purchased from the Join Up tour operator in Ukraine, but Pilon was the host tour operator (we learned about this already in Montenegro). The flight from Kyiv to Tivat was carried out by the Khors airline. The flight was "safely" delayed for 6 hours, while the representative of the airline "reassured" the dissatisfied passengers with promises to refuse to board the plane at all. →

PART 1. GORA FORWARD. My husband and I went to Bulgaria for 12 days along with the road. The journey from Kyiv to Nessebar took 33 hours, while other tour operators took 24 hours!!! In the broken-down bus, the TVs did not work, all the way, as in horror films, black and white stripes flashed on them, the drivers NEVER announced stops and their duration, they themselves went to eat, and people were told that there was no time. →
