We agreed on the category of the room and separately - the presence of a balcony (for smokers this matters). For the balcony - a separate surcharge. The voucher says - standard, double, with a balcony. Vouchers and tickets received on June 9, i.е. the day before departure. →

I wanted to purchase a tour through this travel company. At the request to talk about possible tours, I was gently sent to the company's website for independent reading. The manager didn't introduce herself and didn't bother to offer anything! Lazy travel agency managers were simply amazed! I do not recommend dealing with this company. →

The rest was good, but thanks only to the company that met us in Greece, this is Millennium Travel. I do not advise you to contact the tour operator TUR-GRAD, managers do not have complete information about hotels or provide it obviously incorrectly. Our family will not use this company again. →

In fact, thanks to Comrade Colonel :-) If it weren’t for his review ... I, with my spinogryziki and my sister from Kazan, went on their ticket to Alushta to the park hotel. And almost flew away, and all contacts with her ((( Well, okay, so that's it! )) Now I'll go to disturb them again - the last trip was super! And most importantly, they gave us a park hotel, in which my cubs were accepted and fed for free. →

I turned to the agency for vouchers - 2 months before the proposed tour, handed over all the documents, I was promised a discount, but as soon as I paid the full price (165 euros) they stopped talking to me at all. Having gone on a tour, I found out that 90% !! !tourists on this bus (having handed over documents much later than we) paid only from 125 euros to 145 euros. →
