We flew to Sharm El Sheikh from Donetsk. This is our fifth trip with Suitcase mood and the second to Egypt. I was going to have some rest, get some treatment, and everything is as it should be, I came to them, they almost kissed me in the ass! So good. So wonderful, I thought, made an advance payment, trusting their tales, as a result, they had to call the next day, of course they didn’t call, I decided to dial them myself, and what do you think DO NOT PICK UP! They came to them in the cold AS IF I DID NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING! My tour was sold to someone else! ONLY having threatened with a court they gave me the money, and then after 2 weeks! As a result, instead of rest, I got a nervous breakdown and no vacation. →

If you want to have a good vacation, FIND ANOTHER TRAVEL COMPANY!!! They ruined our vacation! My boyfriend and I decided in the summer of 2010 to go to the Black Sea to the Iron Port, made an advance payment for the fare. They gave a piece of paper (like a receipt), they said they would call and let you know where sending the bus. DID NOT CALL! We thought we had forgotten. →

The tour "Weekend in Prague and Dresden" was ordered by the Ternopil travel agency "Velvet-KL" 5 weeks before the trip. Manager Lyudmila told and explained everything. In a week they collected all the documents and paid for the tour. Ten days before the trip, Lyudmila called back and told us to get ready for the trip, and the visa was opened. In Velvet we saw an information sheet where everything was written: the program of the tour, who meets where and where, phones, important information. →
