According to the program, the "OPTIONAL" tour was clearly written - which is self-evident, as "optional", but no - we were forced. There was an excursion to Venice from the city where we lived - Lignano Sabbiadoro. →

Everything was wonderfully organized. I was impressed by the excursions, especially to the Plitvice Lakes. We recommend visiting these lakes to everyone who travels around Croatia. →

This nightmare began with the old junk buses instead of the promised Neoplan. Drivers are boors (it's hot for you - you're in the cold, oh, if you're cold - the air conditioning is at zero). The representative of the travel agency Natasha just shrugged her shoulders, saying, deal with them yourself! Administrator Larisa at the Flamingo villa, Alushta, is an amazing lady: she answered all questions - but how do I know! The linen was not changed even once in 10 days, the TV did not work, there was no freon in the air conditioner and it was set on a timer (turned off every 20 minutes), the boiler was tightly swaddled with tape so that the temperature was not added. →

We bought a tour from this malicious operator to the BONO villa in Budva (Montenegro) ..... everywhere it is indicated that DBL rooms with sea views ... and what was our surprise when we opened the curtains and saw the wall of the neighboring building ((((( it was just a shock! the staff of the host....Pilona...clearly explained that Siesta knew perfectly well what numbers she was selling. →

I will never go with TEZTUR again - it’s unreliable. There are excellent guides in Pattaya, but one copy can spoil the rest and the impression of the company - because he is kept at work. The hotel guide Dima from the Ambassador ruined us 2 days out of 12 with his inaction: we were just evicted from a normal room, which was stipulated in the voucher, and settled in a fetid kennel, where elevators rumbled all night behind the wall, and from the window there was a great view of the parking lot. →

A trip with Algol to Bulgaria. Despite everything, I still visited Bulgaria. True, with Algol - for the first and last time. Our adventures began in Ukraine. We were given a Bulgarian bus, which looked to be 15-20 years old. The distances between the seats were so narrow that you had to sit diagonally. And in addition, on the seat in front of the passenger there was a broken table (it opened and fell) and a mesh that was incomprehensible in function - after all, if you put something there, then there will not be enough space even for a 5-year-old child. →
