We went through the annex to Egypt in June 2010. for the first and last time!!! As for the documents, I’ll immediately say there are no complaints, everything was as we ordered, the hotel, the room, booked - everything was in order. BUT the quality of services is worse than you can imagine. When booking, the flight was supposed to fly there at 13-10, back at 18-10. →

Used this company for the first time. Liked the attitude. Guide (Marina) - very pleasant, on the way from Kharkov to Svyatogorsk she told a lot of interesting facts about Kharkov, passing settlements that we passed, very friendly and inviting tourists. Comfortable bus. On the way back, there was a stop at Mount Kremenets, at the Izyum Church and at the Izyum Bath, of course, with bathing in a holy spring - everything was accompanied by Marina's stories about these places. →

I never dreamed of such a vacation in Crimea! I paid for the ticket to the boarding house in full, they say, we’ll book it ... As a result, I was with a child of 1.6 in my arms after a night on the train and 2 hours on the minibus in the heat, not to mention the mountain along which you have to climb to the boarding house (about this was beautifully kept silent!), crawled to the boarding house, and they tell me: there are no such people on the list and that’s all: (((complete shock offered to go up to the room after a half-hour or more scandal, on the 4th floor! I refused, they said there was no more number :( they didn’t pick up the phone for a long time, but then they answered that I didn’t indicate which floor I needed, although I was traveling with a child! In the end, they settled in a room with terrible conditions, there was no there was the promised awning (the first day they almost burned down at sea), no toilet, the dining room was even higher up the boarding house up the mountain!. →

I was with my wife in Croatia, at the Marina 3 * hotel. The rest is simply magnificent, nature, the sea - there are no words! Special thanks to the travel agency - as promised, everything was as it was. Recommend a good hotel for reasonable money. →
