Guide (Marina) - very pleasant, on the way from Kharkov to Svyatogorsk she told a lot of interesting facts about Kharkov, passing settlements that we passed, very friendly and inviting tourists. I never dreamed of such a vacation in Crimea! I paid for the ticket to the boarding house in full, they say, we’ll book it ... As a result, I was with a child of 1.6 in my arms after a night on the train and 2 hours on the minibus in the heat, not to mention the mountain along which you have to climb to the boarding house (about this was beautifully kept silent!), crawled to the boarding house, and they tell me: there are no such people on the list and that’s all: (((complete shock offered to go up to the room after a half-hour or more scandal, on the 4th floor! I refused, they said there was no more number :( they didn’t pick up the phone for a long time, but then they answered that I didn’t indicate which floor I needed, although I was traveling with a child! In the end, they settled in a room with terrible conditions, there was no there was the promised awning (the first day they almost burned down at sea), no toilet, the dining room was even higher up the boarding house up the mountain!. →

We rested in the spring of 2010 in Turkey, the impressions are TERRIBLE!!! FIRST, we were initially settled in the same hotel that we were traveling, and the guide explained this by saying that the hotel refused to accept us, and that they say this is indicated in our contract. Of course, initially the rest was already slightly spoiled, well, that's what, the worst was ahead. →

The tour operator did not provide all the information about the holiday destination. The advertisements in the travel agency do not correspond to reality, it was not said that you need to go to the sea from the Ai-Liya base with passes, through the children's camp from 6-23.
