As it turned out, the Wild Tour company, by right and probably by vocation, proudly bears this name, and not even because of its owner, because their tours are really wild. So people who want extreme rest get vouchers, and everything seems to be in order. →

Hello. I want to share my impressions about trying to travel to the Czech Republic with the travel agency Algol. The tour "Krakow+Prague+Dresden" was ordered 6 weeks in advance through the Donetsk branch of Hot Tours. Date of departure from Ukraine - September 12, 2010. Two days before departure, the Algol company reported that our documents (as well as the documents of the rest of the group) were not accepted by the Czech embassy in Lvov, due to the fact that the embassy employees were on vacation. →

The tour operator asked me to leave a review about the trip. Please, we are not greedy. Less controversy - more facts. I'll tell you how we went to Uman, using the "services" of this tour operator. Having ordered two tickets by phone, I went to pay for them. When I arrived, I found out that my tickets were sold to some girl who, in a completely magical way, introduced herself with the name for which I ordered tickets. →

Guys, I have never met a worse tour operator. We went to Turkey on 17.09.10. The hotel was sold to us as 4 + in fact and the hotel does not pull on 3. on the way to the hotel we forgot part of the luggage on the bus (in the luggage compartment) ... we were told fairy tales for three days and in this case they never returned it to us (( (on the way the hotel-airport bus broke down and we spent half an hour on the highway . →

So, let's begin! My wife and I went abroad for the first time, we thought for a long time and chose: Turkey-Egypt or Europe. We decided on Europe, namely the European Kaleidoscope tour (we left on August 21, 2010.) We were very worried about whether they would open a visa for us, since the exit was the first, and the passports were “clean” ... But the excellent and well-coordinated work of the Tatur company employees showed that we were worried in vain!!! Passports were given to us on the bus with visas, no one was refused. →

Dear TOURISTS, and especially TRAVEL AGENTS! In order to avoid fraud and spoiled vacation, I hasten to warn you DO NOT CONTACT with such a tourist OPERATOR as "PRESTIGE TOUR"!!!!! The company works in the following way: Initially, all your wishes for the planned tour are confirmed and a tempting price is offered for the package of services provided, but all this is in words, when it comes time to pay for the tour, the amount is set 2 times more expensive and already with completely different hotels (naturally lower category), with other air travel etc Since tours to the USA are planned in advance, then a week before the departure of the operator you can’t change (everything depends on time) there is no way back, as they say !!!! In general, using the services of PRESTIGE TOUR, instead of pleasure, we got a lot of headaches and sheer negativity from such a negligent attitude towards tourists. →

sent a request to the site, a maximum of an hour later a response came with suggestions, and then the girl Daria dialed, calmly reacted to the fact that we could not decide on the dates, picked up a hotel and a flight (we also asked for another company, it turned out to be 400 dollars more expensive), arrived the courier brought all the necessary documents, out of curiosity the next day we drove to the office (on Basseinaya), it was unexpectedly nice to get into a warm atmosphere. →

OLDIE on PREDSLAVINSKAYA --- it's just awful ... especially the "general" PUZANOV .... the director, in the sense ... took money for a passport for a month, she told fairy tales ... and didn’t do it on time, I lost my invitation and job because of her !!! did not even apologize !!! immediately offered rehabilitation. →

"All to the sea Italy" (22.08.10) - info letter is great, everything is very beautiful and cool written, but in fact sucks and is not true! According to the program, the "OPTIONAL" tour was clearly written - which is self-evident, as "optional", but no - we were forced. There was an excursion to Venice from the city where we lived - Lignano Sabbiadoro. →

We would like to thank the travel agency "Feeriya" for a wonderful holiday in the tour "Pearls of the Adriatic" 27.08.-07.09.2010. Special thanks to our guide Yulia Shiyanenko. Everything was wonderfully organized. I was impressed by the excursions, especially to the Plitvice Lakes. We recommend visiting these lakes to everyone who travels around Croatia. →
