CORAL TRAVEL is a fairly good agency, I have no comments on them. The guys did a great job and organized a good trip for me. The UIA airline delayed the flight from Montenegro for 5 hours. Since they couldn’t help me in any way and they are still solving the issue of compensation, I would give them 4 if they don’t resolve the issue. But if the issue is resolved, then they deserve a rating of 9. Our operator was TPG. I hope TPG compensate me for this terrible holiday. They didn't even want to contact me on vacation. They just spat on our souls. →

Spontaneously decided to go on vacation to Turkey with the whole family. I decided to choose a tour operator from those that are well known: Tui, Tez Tour, and Coral Travel. Most of all I liked Koral, which was represented by the travel agent Oksana (Suvorovsky shopping center). She told and explained everything normally, calculated the cost, after the contract was signed, when she decided to extend the tour for one day, she correctly arranged everything, at minimal cost. →

But they did not warn that there would be no loss of money. I didn't understand this phrase. And it turned out in fact that there were simply no fines. And for the hotel we were not compensated for anything, although they could have replaced the room with a one-room one. →

And there are no complaints about the transfer, it was quite comfortable, everything worked out. The hotel guide offered us excursions, but we did not use it, as we were with small children. →
