Spontaneously decided to go on vacation to Turkey with the whole family. I decided to choose a tour operator from those that are well known: Tui, Tez Tour, and Coral Travel. Most of all I liked Koral, which was represented by the travel agent Oksana (Suvorovsky shopping center). She told and explained everything normally, calculated the cost, after the contract was signed, when she decided to extend the tour for one day, she correctly arranged everything, at minimal cost. →

There was a nuance that I did not quite like. We booked the tour in advance and asked if one person could refuse the trip, we were told that it was possible and it would be without loss. But they did not warn that there would be no loss of money. I didn't understand this phrase. And it turned out in fact that there were simply no fines. And for the hotel we were not compensated for anything, although they could have replaced the room with a one-room one. →

I am completely satisfied with the service in this agency, there are no comments. The staff works quite well, I would say really professional. There were no transfers and delays, both there and back. And there are no complaints about the transfer, it was quite comfortable, everything worked out. The hotel guide offered us excursions, but we did not use it, as we were with small children. →

We flew Sky Up, everything is clear, without delay, and they have a lot of flights. On-site excursions were offered, used. They even refused one and returned the money without any problems. →

The manager took care of everything for me, quickly and without any questions. I liked the quality of the service. As for flights, we had a delay on takeoff.
