The travel agency has done a great job and deserves the highest marks. The girls are just great. Thanks to them, we went back home. But the carrier - worked disgustingly. We had an ALF Tour Operator. It was all disgusting. They were late, took us away a day later, did not report anything. And we went there and they planted some people, because they probably had to earn. →

I turned back up to some agency to get my trip booked. A travel agent who served us as a power. I took a bus excursion trip "The Best of Italy". The agent, who accompanied us, seems to be called Olya, really well done, I am completely satisfied with her. Definitely, a man in his own place. This trip was worthy of me. We were angry only once, there were problems with the bus, but the waters were young, they quickly reacted and repaired. →

I have no comments for the agency. They helped me with the selection and I was satisfied with everything. There were no flight delays, everything was on time and good, both there and back. Being in Egypt, I decided not to take excursions with a guide, but I took from the locals, the quality and price are no worse. →

This is not the first time I travel with this agency and with the last choice of the tour everything was wonderful as always. Flights were not transferred to us, everything was accurate to the minute this time. In Egypt, the hotel guide offered to send us on excursions, but this time we were not interested in trips. →

The service in the agency is normal. And the axis of the forks was wound up earlier, the deputy was 15 years old, they were wounded about the 6th wound, we just didn’t get a pivdnya for a repair. On Independence Day, a tour to the Sorochinskaya Fair was purchased. It is not clear what the organization of the tour was and what the money was paid for. In addition to the transfer (relatively normal, thanks to the driver), there were no more services. At the technical stops that were carried out at gas stations, there was physically no time to stand in line for the toilet, not to mention buying food and water, for the simple reason that several tourist buses made technical stops at the gas station at once (each with about 50 people). →

Everything was great when choosing and designing the tour. The guys are great, they did a good job and provided enough information. We had a transfer, or rather, we delayed the flight back a little, for about an hour and a half, everything was on time. In Turkey, we were met by a hotel guide, who happily told us about various interesting excursions, but we did not use it, as we were flying with a baby and there was no time for it. →

The service at the agency was just great, everything is great, 10 out of 10. We were given all the information, pretty quickly everything was arranged. The staff is very nice and friendly. The transfer was good, there were no transfers. We were in the canyon on a tour, everything was great, a very unusual tour. We also took a trip to the sea, but it would be better to increase the trip by an hour, otherwise there are not enough hours. →

We just got a not very good manager, but the agency itself is very good. On flights, everything was as agreed, everything was as it was. Transfer was good, no issues. But we didn’t take excursions from the hotel guide, we decided to take trips from the locals and we liked everything. →
