Everything was done very quickly and without issue. The managers of this agency did a wonderful job. We had a transfer, but only when we flew back, there were no questions asked and a wonderful flight. We did not use the tours, but they offered us. This time we went more like reconnaissance, for the first time in this country, but on the next trip we will use excursions, especially since we found out about everything. →

Disappointed, I have repeatedly traveled with the Accord tour, but with the departure from Odessa, I have long known all the nuances and difficulties, it seemed ready for anything. Unfortunately, the tour to Europe was from Lviv, after this tour it was finally decided to stop traveling with Accord. Naturally, in 5 days with two night crossings, this is a "Gallop across Europe", but we were ready for this. →

Very good interface, everything is clear and convenient!! Prices for tours are slightly higher than other tour operators. I used this site on the recommendation. I took a tour taking into account that cashback is accrued, but I didn’t immediately notice that only 5% can be spent on next trips. For those who travel a lot, this function will be useful. →

Geographically, it is the closest, which is located to us and there is no other. We have one agency in the microdistrict and the agency staff communicates with us more not as with clients, but as with good acquaintances/friends. →

We ourselves found the tour that I was interested in and the agency had one single function - this is the design of the tour. In the search, nothing helped us, only the design. Of course, they were given an average rating for this, since everything was drawn up slowly and sadly. This, of course, did not depend on the agency, but our return flights were postponed several times. →

The pricing policy is very acceptable. There was no problem with departures, although the carrier differs from the one declared. We flew with Zhytomyr Airlines instead of Bukovina.
