We were on a Greek vacation tour. It didn't work from the very beginning. The bus was not what the tour operator stated. The guide (Vladislav Grinenko) said that we were unlucky and the bus was replaced, since the super comfortable one we were supposed to ride broke down. No one informed the tourists about the replacement of the bus in advance! The bus is old, there is not enough space, there is no climate control: it is either terribly cold or hot. →

Thank you TPG for ruining my vacation!!! We bought a tour to Alanya, received documents. TR 21079163. Upon arrival in Turkey, they changed the hotel and the city, without warning! They brought us to the village of Beldibi, to a terrible hotel! These were clearly not the conditions for which we paid! So we were also robbed in that hotel (by one of the staff)! We demanded to be moved, but the guides said that we need to pay an additional $125 for the transfer, which should be provided free of charge! The next day we were moved to another hotel, which was located next to the previous one and did not differ in conditions! The food was terrible! Therefore, we were forced to buy food in a nearby hotel, so as not to die of hunger! They kicked us hard! Be careful and think 100 times before flying through TPG!!!. →
