From 07/13/19 to 07/19/19 through the operator "Pegas Touristik" a tour was purchased (paid for) at the Catamaran Resort Hotel, Kemer (voucher number - Hotel Voucher # 4431449). 07/12/19, when I was already on the train on my way to Kyiv for a flight to Turkey, the tour operator said by phone that the hotel had canceled my reservation for accommodation, and offered another hotel for the same amount and on the same departure dates. →
