They sell excursions 3 times more expensive, they promise no one knows what, but in fact it’s just extortion of money. I wanted to refuse when I found out that they were divorced, but the money was not returned. I didn't like the tour. The city was taken to 3 stores where prices are 10 times more expensive. Don't get fooled!!! Buy better at the hotel or in the market, where all "Uncle Vasya" work officially. →

I am shocked by the organization of the trip. We went to Fedotova Spit, the fare was paid in 2 directions. We were sent ahead by a normal bus, they said to call back the day before departure and find out the bus number and departure time. The rude woman on the phone literally answered "why are you calling me, they will never pick you up, you will stay there, hahaha" What kind of conversation with customers is this?? Where is the ethics? OK. →

I went for the first time with Selena on 07/27/19 to the island of Thassos, and was completely delighted with the trip. After Accord and some other (I will not troll) operators, Selena pleasantly surprised me with an attentive and kind attitude towards tourists, a clear implementation of the program. Drivers know the road well, are polite, help with luggage. →

I turned to the agency with a request to find me a tour to Croatia in a hotel or a studio apartment with a kitchen for a week up to 20,000 UAH. The manager advised me one of the options for 14,000. In the evening I was pleased by saying that the reservation was confirmed. The next day they called back saying that the BOOKING IS CANCELED !, but they have another option. →

BUS TOUR FROM CITY TOUR. PEOPLE !!!!!!!! pay extra 100E and fly by plane from Lviv for 10 days, or for the same money for 7 days from Kiev. + Bus with air conditioning! though thank you for that !!! - The bus is not convenient for such long trips (35 hours). I went with other operators to Bulgaria, which is half the distance and the buses are much more comfortable (newer) at the stops making coffee, tea, rest. →

We booked a ticket to the sea in advance so that there would be places closer, because the children are swayed. Made payment on 07/24/19. Departure 08/03/19 Places in the contract 5.6; 9.10. They promised a comfortable bus for 25 people. It turned out that they went there by bus where there were no air conditioners and everything rattled. And the saddest thing is that in us the places turned out to be 35-36; 37-38. →

There was a guide Zuhra (Maria) met near the Turkish airport, on the bus trip she talked about interesting places and the history of Turkey. Tour operator Pegas Lyubov was at a meeting at the hotel, talked about excursions in 30 minutes and offered various excursions in Turkey. The travel agency is geographically close. The downside is that boarding tickets for the return trip need to be registered on-line yourself, it's not difficult, but they have such rules, and WiFi is not very good at the hotel, the connection is poor, a little inconvenience. Well, in general, everything is fine. It would be better if the return tickets were with us, there would be no problems. →
