We did not get on this tour of our own free will - we had to choose it after the group did not get on another route in Italy. By the way, this is Akkord's policy: to create many similar routes, many of which do not accept groups. As a result, you have to look for something at the last moment, at least remotely similar to what you want, and change train tickets to Lviv (when they are no longer on sale), and pay extra for the cost of the tour, which grows as the departure date approaches. →

We were well received, however, the air conditioners in the buses could not cope with the heat. They took us to the hotel within 2 hours. Friendly staff, but tips are always expected. There were no problems with the transfer there and back. What they asked to fix and all that, they also performed. Thank God, during the rest we were not touched by illness and something worse, therefore, we don’t know how they would help us in this. →

They are swindlers and scammers. In Chernivtsi, more than 40 people were thrown for money and disappeared, they don’t pick up the phone, they freeze. SERGEY SEREDA and IVAN GOSTYUK are especially good at saving people. Just hear about them, run far away. Tours are not cheaper than in any travel agency, and sometimes more expensive. All bad reviews are removed from their chats. →

They served normally, but they did not keep the promised call back time, they had to call and be reminded themselves. They did not warn about a bunch of problems in the hotel and on its beach.
